FR4 material
Standard FR4 is widely used for general electronics, control boards, IoT modules and many multilayer PCB designs when thermal exposure is moderate.
High Tg PCB
High Tg material is reviewed when the product faces higher process temperatures, higher operating temperatures or stronger reliability requirements.
