FAQ
PCB manufacturing FAQ for engineers and procurement teams.
Use these answers to prepare manufacturing files, choose core specifications and contact YBCPCB for engineering review.
What files are required for PCB manufacturing?
Gerber files, drill files, board outline, layer stack notes, material requirements, surface finish, copper weight, quantity and project notes are recommended.
What PCB layers are available?
YBCPCB publishes 2-32 layer PCB capability for engineering review. Final feasibility depends on stackup, board thickness, drilling, copper weight and design rules.
What surface finishes are supported?
Common surface finish options include HASL, Lead Free HASL, ENIG, OSP and Immersion Silver, selected by assembly method and application requirements.
What materials can be used?
Material options include FR-4, High Tg, Halogen Free and Metal Core by project review.
Do you support prototypes and mass production?
Yes. YBCPCB supports prototype PCB, pilot builds and mass production preparation through engineering review and manufacturing planning.
Do you provide PCB assembly?
PCB assembly service information can be reviewed with project requirements, including SMT, testing and turnkey service needs.
