Gerber files, drill files, board outline, stackup notes, material requirements, surface finish, copper weight, quantity and inspection notes are recommended.
What is the minimum order quantity?
YBCPCB reviews prototype PCB, small batch and production requirements. Please share quantity and project stage during inquiry.
Do you support prototype PCB?
Yes. Prototype PCB projects can be reviewed for design validation, engineering samples and production preparation.
What PCB materials are available?
Common materials include FR4, High Tg, Halogen Free, Metal Core and flexible materials by project review.
What surface finishes can you provide?
Surface finishes include HASL, Lead Free HASL, ENIG, OSP and Immersion Silver by manufacturing review.
Can you manufacture multilayer PCB?
Yes. YBCPCB reviews multilayer PCB requirements including stackup, drilling, thickness, material and quality expectations.
