Required file package
A reliable PCB file package should include copper layers, solder mask layers, silkscreen layers, board outline, drill files and any fabrication drawing available from the CAD system.
Manufacturing notes
- Confirm units, layer naming and board outline before export.
- Include plated and non-plated drill information when applicable.
- Add stackup, material, finish and special inspection notes.
